We use a fair rotation system. When a customer posts a job, it goes to the next available tradie in the queue — no bidding, no favourites, no competition.
Do tradies pay any commissions or lead fees?
No. Tradies pay a simple flat $49/month subscription. They keep 100% of what they earn — always.
How do customers know they can trust a tradie?
Every tradie on KindAu is vetted, verified, and reviewed. You’ll always know who’s coming to your home or office.
What if I need to change or cancel a job?
You can contact the tradie directly — phone, SMS, or email. KindAu doesn’t sit in the middle or slow things down.
What if something goes wrong?
